  • ArchiAdmin Customer Benefits Plan includes telephone support, regular newsletter and minor upgrades available. Maintenance and support contracts cost 18% of the software value per annum, which must be paid in order to remain licensed to use the software. ArchiAdmin looks forward to a growing mutually beneficial partnership with you.

  • ArchiAdmin can provide consulting services for programming time to convert existing master transaction files from current timesheet system, or projects and contacts database conversion from existing system to ArchiAdmin, or assistance with office systems establishment in the setting up of the ArchiAdmin system.
Terms and Conditions of ArchiAdmin package
  • The system requirements are Windows 95, NT or later. The document creation system drives Office 97 applications or later. Hardware requirements are minimum IBM compatible DX 475 with 32Mb of Ram.
  • Additional items to ArchiAdmin if required in the future (the current application is a desktop system. Depending on system usage and server demands a client server may be required in the future.) ArchiAdmin upgrade to the server based version is an additional 30% of software purchase price and purchase of Interbase Operating System.
  • Where a database may exceed 5Meg, database support will involve the client having PC Anywhere software and a modem link for ArchiAdmin support staff to attend to any database related queries specific to their system.
